Toma is a joyous exclamation meaning "take a drink," and this wine is all about immediate gratification. 100% Garnacha from a biodynamic vineyard in Santa Ynez valley, this wine underwent semi-carbonic maceration for roughly a week before we pressed it to barrel. It is joyously juicy, reminiscent of freshly crushed strawberries with a dash of white pepper, and is the perfect foil to all the eclectic flavors on your holiday table. We bottled this in 500 ml bottles for your smaller family gatherings in these strange times; and also because they're just really cute. Most nouveau are meant to be drunk quickly after release, and while this is ready to go and oh so lovable now, we actually think this will hang in there for a while.
